The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence), a sequel to last year's gross-out torture porn Human Centipede (First Sequence), just got the best PR that Dutch director Tom Six could have dreamed of. The British Board of Film has banned the movie from Britain for fears it poses a "real risk" to cinemagoers. This is but the 11th movie to be outright banned in Britain. Six did promise the sequel would make the first movie look like My Little Pony, and the tidbits released by the Board about the apparently pseudo-snuff sequel seems to back him up.
See, Human Centipede II apparently follows a man obsessed with the first film—you remember, the one where the victims are surgically stitched together mouth to anus—and takes his obsession to the next level by recreating the movie.

In the movie the main character at one point supposedly masturbates with sandpaper and at another point wraps barbed wire around his junk and rapes one of the women at the end of the centipede, "having become aroused by the sight of his victims being forced to defecate into each others' mouths."
As far as the BBFC is concerned the plot of film centers on the "sexual arousal of the central character at both the idea and the spectacle of the total degradation, humiliation, mutilation, torture and murder of his naked victims."

"There is little attempt to portray any of the victims in the film as anything other than objects to be brutalised, degraded and mutilated for the amusement and arousal of the central character, as well as for the pleasure of the audience," the BBFC said.

The movie will still be coming to our free-speech loving shores however. And writer/director Tom Six must be loving this news out of the UK. So, uh, here's the teaser!

Thank goodness this is supposed to be the second part of a trilogy, right? Can't wait until the musical of this one hits the college circuit!
