Ke$ha's former management company, DAS Communications, is suing the pop star for $14 million before her time in the spotlight runs out. According to the NY Post, the papers were filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, and claim the performer is a one-hit wonder whose 15 minutes may be TiK ToK-ing down. Specifically, they claim Ke$ha "is a very young and inexperienced artist whose 'star' may not continue to rise. Although she has made an incredible amount of money in a very short period of time, in large part due to DAS' efforts on her behalf, she could just as easily lose money if not properly guided."

The 23-year-old Ke$ha isn't scared of a little product placement, though... and the masses love to be spoon fed their 3-minute pop escapism jingles, so her cash flow probably isn't in danger of drying up anytime soon. On the other hand... MTV recently Tweeted this dig: "Ke$ha's gone way past her 15 minutes of fame, wouldn't you say?" The same network that we're guessing plays this video every hour on the hour:

(If you dared watch that video, we'd like to now welcome you to our own personal hell of having that song stuck in your head all day, forever.) Meanwhile, Ke$ha has also filed a suit, claiming the management suing her acted as an "illegal talent agent."
