Sunday’s Meow Day, the third of the biannual event, had the largest turnout yet according to organizer Jackie Du, right.
Among those available for adoption from A Tail of Two Kitties were Bashful and Tunas.
Many sets of cat ears were on display.
Lucky the cat had a particularly ardent fan.
Custom “cattoos” were applied throughout the day for $1 each.
Sassy greeted everyone who came her way.
A special menu was created for the day, with the catnip tea proving to be popular.
Kevin Ritter, a Cat Music Therapist, played selections from the musical Cats throughout the afternoon.
Sassy proving she was aptly named.
Applications were on hand for those who wished to adopt cats. After review by A Tail of Two Kitties, potential adopters would be contacted and further screened.
By far, the most elaborate ensemble worn to Meow Day.
