Are we at free food truck overkill yet? To go along with the free food food from the temporary AirFrance truck and the temporary Swamp People truck and the temporary Game of Thrones truck (with fare from Tom Colicchio!), today HBO is going to have a one-day-only Treme truck celebrating the show's DVD release.

If you are looking for a New Orleans experience in New York, you'll probably do better off with our Escape To NY tips, but if you are craving free Hubig’s pies, tasty pralines, and King Cake from Mara's Homemade, well, you'll want to look at this schedule of where you can find the truck:

12pm - 1:30pm: BRYANT PARK STOP (6th Ave. btw 41st & 42nd St.) (West Side)

3pm - 4pm: MADISON SQUARE PARK STOP (5th Ave. btwn 23rd and 22nd St.) (East Side in front of Sprint Store)

5pm - 7pm: UNION SQUARE STOP (4th Ave between 14th and 13th St.) (West Side)

And that isn't quite all! Fans of the show (and good actors) should note that Academy Award winner Melissa Leo, Wendell Pierce, and the Treme Brass Band will be doing their part to promote the show this afternoon at the Union Square Best Buy at 5 p.m. We'd still start with the King Cake though.
