<p>Phojanakongâs contractor uncovered this massive skylight during the renovation of the room that will become the restaurantâs kitchen. It will stay. </p>
<p>The as-yet-unnamed restaurant will have an outdoor garden. The ladder-like structure to Phojanakongâs right is relic from the 100-something-year-old buildingâs days as a Laundromat. </p>
