Have you heard of Rashidah Ali? Even if you don't know the wannabe reality star's name from shows like Real Housewives of Atlanta and Basketball Wives, you'll now know her from... slicing up bouncers! Ali was celebrating her birthday at Greenhouse on January 26th, when she left bouncer Joseph Wright with severed nerves and arteries, and a gash on his face needing 50 stitches.
According to the Daily News, Ali (who is a "shoe consultant" and owns a shop in Harlem called Bourgeoisie Shoes) was celebrating when Wright confronted two of her friends for feeling up a bottle waitress. He was taking the drunken revelers out of the VIP area when Ali ran up and clawed him. He told the paper, "I felt her hand reach through and start grabbing at my face. She's clawing over my eye, at my face, and I didn't feel anything at first... Then I realized I felt the blood dripping down my shirt. I was leaking." Ali fled the scene with her entourage while Wright waited for the ambulance.
Wright is now suing for $10 million, and his lawyer Paul Edelstein says, "We think Ali should be on The Real Housewives of Rikers Island" (we would watch that).
