The weather is warming up this weekend — and so are all sorts of events on the streets of New York City that will bring significant road closures.

Among the largest of at least a dozen-odd major events planned: More than 29,000 people are expected to run in the New York Road Runners RBC Brooklyn Half Marathon, which will close streets from Prospect Park to Coney Island.

There also will be cultural events like the Nepal Day Parade in Manhattan, the Bangladesh Day Parade in Queens (both taking place during Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month), and a food and arts festival in the Bronx.

The city Department of Transportation regularly publishes an extensive list of weekend road closures on its website. The city also maintains a map of ongoing traffic changes here. Check out if one of this weekend’s tentpole events are coming to your neighborhood or borough below.
