Police are looking for a man
who they just had in their custody—apparently Thomas Davtian, a robbery suspect, managed to get out of the questioning room at Brooklyn's 61st Precinct, which covers Sheepshead Bay, Gravesend, Kings Highway, Homecrest, Madison, Manhattan Beach, and Gerritsen Beach. So now the cops want your help.
According to NBC New York, the 27-year-old "is described as about 6 feet 2 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a gray T-Shirt, dark blue jeans and black sneakers with a red stripe." Anyone with information should contact NYPD Crimestoppers.
The Daily News points out, "His escape comes just days after a teen briefly got away from cops in Staten Island by slipping out of his cuffs. In May, a theft suspect bolted out of a precinct house in Tribeca after climbing up through a crawl space in the ceiling above an interrogation room."
