A person was struck by a train at the Times Square subway station earlier this morning, according to the FDNY.
The incident happened around 3:01 a.m. at the 42nd Street and 7th Avenue station. Though the extent of the victim's injuries are not known, the FDNY says the individual was transported to Roosevelt Hospital with multiple injuries.
The MTA reportedly briefly rerouted and suspended service on the 1, 2, 3 lines at the station following the incident. Service has since resumed; calls to the MTA have not been returned.
