Yes, tomorrow may bring a horrible storm, which has created ugly satellite images and some mass transit concerns, but Staten Island Chuck's big day will go on! The Staten Island Zoo says tomorrow's Groundhog Day festivities are still happening, in spite of the nasty forecast (Long Island's Malverne Mel cancelled his prediction!). Perhaps to reassure everyone, Chuck this picture to his Facebook page, "My house is in position, and ready for my prediction." But the real question is, will he bite Mayor Bloomberg again?

Last year, Staten Island Chuck predicted spring; the zoo's curator Peter Laline told the Daily News, "Chuck has been on a roll recently. But even when he makes a mistake, the kids — and adults too — love him. He's a great teaching opportunity and reminds people to return to the zoo." In other Chuck news, he may be getting a girlfriend.
