It’s the second time in a year that Antonio Delgado has bucked Kathy Hochul on a public demand for a fellow Democrat to step down.

Delgado is the first person of African American and Hispanic descent to be the state’s lieutenant governor.

On Tuesday, President Trump offered his endorsement, by way of Twitter, for Rep. John Faso, a freshman lawmaker representing a pivotal district in upstate New York.
