Arterial Slow Zone Program

The DOT announced yesterday that McGuinness will become the city's third "Arterial Slow Zone," reducing its speed limit to 25 mph, retiming traffic lights and increasing NYPD enforcement.

A long stretch of Atlantic Avenue will receive retimed stoplights, increased NYPD enforcement, and, most importantly, a 25 m.p.h. speed limit before the end of the month.
