cannabis parade

The annual Cannabis Parade was part protest, part celebration.

'Nobody should make money off marijuana until the communities that have been ravaged by the over-policing and criminalization of it make money.'

At one point before the parade began a gentleman threw dozens of bags of weed into the air, much to the delight of the crowd.
