Attorneys with the Bronx Defenders, as well as a private investigator closely connected to the Hernandez family, say they have good reason to doubt the cops' narrative.

After deliberating for nine days, a jury has found Pedro Hernandez guilty for the murder of Etan Patz.

The new trial's jury selection will begin in December.

But another juror said that the holdout turned into a bully at times.

It's now up to DA Cy Vance to decide whether to pursue another trial.

"We the jury, after 10 days of deliberations, want to let the court know that we are unable to reach a unanimous decision," the note read.

A judge ruled today that the confession of a man who admitted to murdering Etan Patz can be used in a trial.

Now it's up to the Manhattan DA's office to prove the case.

When asked, "Did you kill Etan Patz?" the suspect said, "Does your mother know you're here?"
