Richard Bernstein

A blind man who was seriously injured by a cyclist in Central Park has filed a federal lawsuit in Michigan (his home state) accusing the city of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Legally blind lawyer Richard Bernstein was struck and injured by a speeding cyclist as he was training for the NYC Marathon. "I should have said to the guy, 'Are you blind?'" Bernstein joked.
