Trump and his children are accused of illegally coordinating with Trump's presidential campaign, and overseeing a decade's worth of self-dealing transactions aimed at helping Trump's personal and business interests.

Rudy Giuliani has also been touting Trump's supposed donations.

The charitable organization is not registered to solicit donations in New York State, according to the AG.

"We have been concerned that the Trump Foundation may have engaged in some impropriety," he said.
