Millions attended yesterday's 55th Annual Puero Rican Day Parade along Fifth Avenue.
Mayor Bloomberg and Governor Cuomo were among the marchers, who also included Giants salsa superstar Victor Cruz and Sesame Street's Sonia Manzano (Maria!). Cruz said, "It feels good seeing this parade, coming to it as a kid and being able to enjoy with everybody else. It's a good time." Throughout the day, Cruz wowed adoring fans with his mere presence—a 19-year-old told the Daily News, “I shook his hand, and I’ll always know I shook the hand that won a Super Bowl. He’s a champion, man, and I shook his hand."
