A fake plastic surgeon was arrested yesterday after she offered to inject the rear ends of two undercover agents with silicone for a cool $6,000. If convicted the 49-year-old Staten Island woman could face up to three years behind bars.

According to court papers Claudia Miller, also known as Claudia Bolanos, was offering illegal injections of a non-FDA approved silicone substance to clients from New Jersey to Boston, charging thousands for the liquid lift provided by something she called "Bio Jell." Unfortunately for her, the FBI got tipped off to her practice and were alarmed as the "Risks associated with such injections include permanent lumps within the skin, infection, skin ulceration, and potentially fatal pulmonary blood clots."

With that in mind they looked into her practice, her home, and had agents talk to her on the phone.

Over the course of the investigation, federal agents and authorities were collecting bags of "medical waste" from the confidential informant, and through trash pick-ups. Lab tests confirmed that waste contained syringes with silicone residue. Authorities also found packages and empty vials of lidocaine, which is a local anesthetic, tubes of "super glue," boxes labeled "silico organico," documents and empty packaging material for ladies' "California Beauty Slim Lift" undergarments.

Once they had the evidence they needed the feds set up a meeting for Miller to give two undercover agents she'd previously met a boost yesterday afternoon in Brooklyn (she said one would cost $2,500 and one would cost $3,500). Instead of getting paid, however, when Miller arrived at the agreed location she got arrested. She's been charged with receipt and use of a misbranded and adulterated substance.
