Lily the Pony's been saved!

The shortest cop in the country arrived in town this week to start training for a lifetime of serving, comforting, and munching on carrots.

After a zebra and pony from Staten Islander Giovanni Schirripa's "petting zoo" were let loose, the Health Department came knocking at his door.

[UPDATED] Why was this zebra chasing this pony on the streets of Staten Island this morning? We may never know!
